Account Deletion

This page explains how Keep Better users can request deletion of their app account and associated app data. Keep Better is developed and published by Keep Better.
To request account deletion, email us from the Google account used with Keep Better: info@keepbetter.app.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to info@keepbetter.app.
- Use the subject line: Keep Better account deletion request.
- Send the request from the same Google account email that you use to sign in to Keep Better.
- If you cannot email from that account, include the Google account email used in Keep Better and any details needed to verify ownership.
Data We Delete
When your deletion request is verified, we delete the Keep Better account data associated with your Google sign-in, including:
- Google account profile data stored by Keep Better, such as name, email address, and profile photo URL.
- Notes, note titles, checklist items, note metadata, reminder metadata, archived notes, deleted notes, and note history stored in Firebase.
- Premium entitlement records stored by Keep Better, where applicable.
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment dispute handling, or tax/accounting obligations. Google Play subscription and payment records are managed by Google Play and may be retained by Google according to Google's policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Keep Better account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription in Google Play subscriptions before or after requesting account deletion.
Processing Time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
